Vitaminise Chatbot developed by DICEUS was integrated with Mindee 

We are thrilled to announce that our Vitaminise Chatbot was integrated with the OCR API Mindee. The latter allows for transforming images and documents into readable data. In the insurance sector, where our chatbot is used, it is instrumental in quickly processing various documents (passports, driving licenses, vehicle IDs, claims forms, inspection reports, and many more).  

So, how it works? A user uploads the required document, the chatbot scans and reads it with the help of OCR API, and an insurance company gets the needed data in a flash. For example, customers can upload a photo of their passport, and the chatbot will instantly extract the necessary details.
